I'm moving from a 17th floor penthouse (LS12 1DQ) with a lift to a house in Lancashire - LA3 1EE. I'm requiring removal men and it might be a bit short notice hence this platform. Includes a king-size bed, a three seater sofa (comes apart) and a chaise lounge. Also a piano keyboard on a stand and a balcony furniture, along with about 15-20 boxes maybe more. I've already booked with a certain man and a van company but after reading reviews, I'm not optimistic. Dismantling the bed I might need help with but not essential. Price obviously negotiable. .
Radu was great and fulfilled a last minute job. However, he subcontracted this work to Any Van at double the cost I was originally quoted by Any Van - due to them being paid less then minimum wage, I wanted to avoid them and go with (what I thought was) a reputable removals company that I was happy to pay extra. They left items behind and took parts for the wardrobe so I'm unable to put it back together. And brought things I asked them to leave.
