Need to remove the current rangehood (recirculating one) and install new standard 60cm fixed rangehood. Also need to drill a wall thought the wall and duct it to the outside. I will provide the new rangehood to be installed.

The washing machine needs to be connected to supply but drawer in cupboard below trough needs to be cut to install

However, upon research, it seems drilling into a balcony ceiling can be dangerous, and when my partner tried he realised there is a lot of metal making it difficult.
