What does a car service include?

Oil and oil filter change
An oil and oil filter change will help your car run smoothly and increase fuel efficiency. It’s one of the most important parts of a service and should be included in both minor and major services. Your mechanic will find the oil drain plug, loosen and unscrew it, and carefully allow the old oil to drain into a pan. Then they’ll replace and tighten the plug before removing and replacing the filter. Finally, they’ll fill up with fresh oil up to the “full” mark on the dipstick.

We have a 2015 Fiat Ducato. I purchased a head unit (Xtrons that has now been taken off their website) was meant to be compatible with the extra connectors, howewever, its not the case.
