Hi Taskers! We are looking for someone to present as a potential buyer to a retirement village in order to gauge the customer service received. You can be of retirement age, or enquiring on another persons behalf. Simply call the village to make an appointment to view, attend the appointment, then complete a survey on the service level and follow up received. Wait up to 5 days to allow for follow up (in most instances this occurs earlier) then submit the survey and get paid. No contracts to sign or purchasing required!

You will need to go this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. You will have 48 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop til the training has been completed and Imogen has sent through a confirmation email.
