Build a retaining wall, out of treated pine sleepers and steel posts.

I would like a quote on building a brick wall in the garden: 480w x 175h (mm), AND 1800w x 175h (mm) i.e. one brick wall that turns a corner -- overall width 6600mm (please see rough sketch attached). Base is soil and there is access only on one side of the wall. I have no idea what this would cost so I have just put in $1000.
