Need a carpenter or general builder to build a roof to cover a small deck about 1200 deep by 2900 wide. From floor tiles to roof line is about 3400 high. We will be getting the house rendered soon so only external boards need to be applied to the frame in prep for rendering. Would like the frame of the roof to line up with the existing roof so that it looks part of the house, see mock up and photo attached. Roof will need a gutter and to slope into a drain. Looking to connect with a capable trade.

I have a front porch that firstly either needs roof patch/repair in one panel and or replacement. If patch repaired (preferred) I want the two coronation posts also boxed in with timber as plan to cover pebble crete with timber flooring too but need roof done first. That is first quote. We bought a knockdown house, but we are still keen to squeeze 3 more years out of it. Keen to have 1 or more invasive inspection/renovation consulting sessions. Demolition of bathroom is almost certain (4m2) and need some help. Will conduct separate asbestos testing but pretty sure it has asbestos. Might also need help with installing aircon.
