Hi there, We would like to install cornices to a small apartment in Melbourne CBD (has parking) and 3 ceiling roses. Lounge room - 1040 ceiling rose Bedrooms- 600mm ceiling rose Cornice- 170mm wall x 200mm ceiling, and it's a total of 50 l/m incluing 10% extra to install in lounge, and 2 bedrooms.

Plastering Brief We are looking to attach: 3 ceiling roses and cornices in each of those rooms also. These rooms include lounge room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Need a plasterer to install cornice in my kitchen. I have 4x lengths (4.2m each) of the cornice already on site. You would need to provide adhesive and tools. Longest uninterrupted wall is approx 3.2m. ASAP would be great but can be flexible on days this week. There will be someone else on site to assist if necessary. Look forward to hearing from you. Please supply and install ceiling cornice to match the existing cornice around two built in robes. The cornice is 60 x 45 I think (see images). Main bedroom needs about 2750 long edge x 630 short edge. Study needs approx 1970 x 630. Currently MDF wardrobe. Let me know if I have to prime or paint it to prepare for your install. Must clean up after.

Coat/hang plasterboard. Install cornice. Sand and finish. Two coats. Timber between two nib walls needs to be trimmed and ceiling needs to be patched. A good half day of work. I’m the builder. Let me know if keen.
