1 Downpipe has rusted out at base. New section needs to be installed. Repairs to gate/fence (steel) as neighbour fence has leaned over and jammed gate to pillar preventing easy opening.

Installation of a new down pipe as the previous one was blown away in a storm. All materials to be supplied by contractor.

A small hole ~50mm diameter, needs to be closed. A tall ladder would be required as it is a 3 level building.
