City CBD Apartment - Change HWS circuit from off-peak load to peak load at switchboard. This is what the plumber wrote when he installed the HWS: "The new appliance will remain on the off-peak power supply. Hi, I need an electrician to please install an NBN cable from outside downstairs to inside upstairs for the NBN box installation. I will prefer the less conduit possible to be visible. Therefore you will have to go thru the roof. NBN external access point is ground floor left side. I want the cable upstairs behind room top right. I will say approximately 20-25 mts.

Electric outdoor blind has stopped working. The remote control and other electric blinds and the power point are all working so it is assumed that the motor has died and needs replacing. It is the left hand side narrow blind in the photo below. It is 90cm wide and 190cm long. We have 5 blinds in total which work off the one Becker Centronic remote with 5 channels i.e. 1 channel per blind so we want the blind to continue to work on its channel on the existing remote. The blind is on the second floor of a 2 storey home so you would need to bring a long ladder.
