I need someone remove water from ducted heating vent in my bathroom, the vent was flooded when the bathroom basin leaked.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to: A thorough inspection of the heating unit, ductwork, vents, and thermostat. Diagnosis of potential problems, such as airflow obstructions, insulation deficiencies, or equipment malfunctions. Cleaning and maintenance of the system components as required. Providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements, if necessary. Currently, the downstairs living area and kitchen area are getting heat very slowly. Although the upstairs is not in use, it gets warm automatically before the downstairs. The airflow from the downstairs vents is very slow, and the downstairs areas need to heat up more quickly. This job must be completed.

The reverse cycle heating isn't working while the cooling does. Unit probably needs to be serviced as well. Also noticed there's a sort of gas smell from the outside of the unit when it is turned on.

Ducted heating on a double story stopped working. It turns on but no heating.

This is for a 2-storey unit. Replace a old Honeywell gas ducted heating thermostat with a new digital thermostat and repair the gas heater that is in the 2nd storey roof, as it seems to trip once in a while. We moved here recently but I was told by the previous resident that it used to happen earlier as well.
