We have tried multiple cleaners in the past, who can’t seem to lift these particular stains from dog urine. Needing 3 large bedrooms steam cleaned, with heavy duty stain remover. Stain is from dog Urine. And a 4 seater lounge with chaise cleaned with heavy duty stain removal in one corner of the couch. The couch has been cleaned multiple times but can never lift the stain fully.
Chris was knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely be using him in the future. He managed to get the hardest of stains out of my carpet and lounge, while others haven’t been able to. Well done Chris!
