Occasionally I need help fixing my home network, as l am a sole trader who relies on my PC. After a recent black out, my network has reset and now my new WIFI connected printer has stopped communicating with my PC. Our Google Homes have also reset and keep saying there's a glitch (I have been told the solution is to turn off PV6 in my Telstra router settings after it reset, but I don't know how to do that). I’m having an issue since I moved in my apartment where I cant get to connect internet at my premises. NBN is fine according to my provided Vodafone , internet provider said the problem is on the MDF “open circuit” that is not transferring to my apartment. Landlord has already previously connected to nbn to the apartment. Need it done next Friday as you will need the building manager to give you the access to the room. I have a small beauty salon, we use apple iMacs, iPads and mobile phones. Our computers run slowly and need to be optimised, I am running the cleaner for them weekly. I bought my mom a Roomba Combo j9+ but she forgot to set up the app. She also had issue with the charging station, possibly set up incorrectly - the red light indicator is always on. She doesn't know what to do and and now the robot is out of battery. She unwisely spent 30+ minutes with customer service and unwisely followed their advice to "pack and return the robot for diagnosis". Now the robot is packed back in a box. Please help her unbox the robot, set it up correctly end-to-end, and patiently explain everything, configure the app, do some Q&A, and teach her general good practice.
