I am after someone that is quick at typing CSV files. I need them to study google map satellite identifying all comercial premises (see photo) and then enter all address into CSV file from that area. This would then create a list of all comercial buildings in the city. There would be 100s if not 1000s per city. First would be all realeastate agents in Queensland. Including all comercial real estate agents address. Excluding Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. I will explain more on the regions when we start. Mackay qld would be the first full comercial list. Townsville. Rockhampton, Cairns and Mt Isa would be next. After that their would be a few smaller city's to do. My budget would be 5c per address. This would be a project that would take some time to complete I believe. Once you find the street it would be copy any paste from 1- to whatever is the last number on the street. Let's say 1-98 so that would have 98 address entry's for that one street.

Hi All, I own a landscaping business and I am going to be commencing with a program that will assist with the accuracy of putting quotes together and the entire production of a quote with detailed scopes of works and much better ability for me to track all costs during the job. Whilst this job could be done via sharing information online i unfortunately will not go down this path again due to the fact that the last task I posted was being done by Ai. What I need is for a proficient and accurate data entry person to load all of the price lists that I currently have to an excel spreadsheet. The crew at Workguru have provided me with an example of how the spreadsheet needs to be filled so as it can be imported correctly. I am as far as you can get as the person who has the time or skills to do this work. I have been advised by the team at Work guru that on price lists that only come as a PDF and not as an excel sheet that the sections that need to be added can be converted to excel in Adobe and then once added it can be altered to meet the requirements........This is still all foreign to me as it's not my thing. I will need to be able to speak with the person who is doing the task as there will be things that will need to be altered as far as the categories that items are put into, and I find it easier to explain my thoughts when speaking with a person. Workguru suggested that they can all just be entered as the are and then you do as search for the product. I will be preferring to have separate categories. Such as. Concrete sleepers as they come in different profiles and sizes, I feel that this will just save time and it seems a bit easier for me. I have attached a copy of thew spreadsheet with instructions from Workguru and I have also attached an example of one of the price lists I have from one supplier and there are a few suppliers. The budget price I list is per hour, as I have no idea how many hours it will take.

I am a retired biomechanics professor, and just moved to Bargara. I am converting our garage into a home office for my work with the International Anti-Slavery Commission working against human trafficking and modern slavery, and need an assistant. This is an IN PERSON position (not remote, sorry) for an experienced person with a background in office work/computing/emails/public service in what will be the new home office in our home in Bargara. I have literally just moved in, so the office isn't even set up yet - but it soon will be. I need help in just about every aspect of my work, such as: 1. All administrative tasks, such as answering emails 2. Sending pre-formatted letters to government departments and corporations around the world 3. Assistance with fundraising and promotional events 4. Assistance developing and promoting our anti-slavery & anti-human trafficking education programs 5. Attracting and inspiring volunteers 6. Bringing new ideas to help educate the public about human trafficking and modern slavery, and especially checking for green barcodes when we shop (e.g. 40% of all tinned seafood is fished by slaves). It's horrific. 50 million slaves are making the very clothes you and I are wearing right now, the computer I'm typing this on, and the minerals to develop it.
