I need someone to paint a small studio apartment, including ceiling.

Looking for someone to paint a studio apartment. Quite small. Two main walls, ceiling and bathroom, inside of door and skirting boards / edges. One wall has been plastered, the other is just to clean up and keep it consistent. If you’re able to fix some silicone in the bathroom while painting it, willing to pay extra and combo it all. I have a 4L tub of paint that has been colour matched or if you’d prefer to supply, please cost and explain accordingly. There are some small holes in the ceiling where there was a rail and some screws that have been taken out. This just needs some filler, I have some. I’m looking to have the area all covered properly so no paint goes on the new floorboards and we have a clean finish.

Unfurnished 2-bedroom ground floor apartment in Brunswick East in need of a fresh coat of paint. Touch ups have been done with a different shade of white. Some minor patching required. Ceilings are high for an apartment.

Looking for someone who can do an internal freshen up of my 2bdr apartment to prep for sale. Incl kitchen space, dining/lounge area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Walls and window sills etc as well. Apartment will be empty when you are completing the job so no furniture will need to be worked around. Looking for Dulux bright white (or similar) and will need to do 2 coats. Currently walls are a creme colour. Please quote including the Airtasker fee. Please also include which days next week you would be available to complete the job (can be done any day from Tuesday to Friday of week commencing Monday 27 May)

PREPARATION: Fill all holes and cracks with interior filler. Lightly sand all woodwork. PAINT SPECIFICATION: Apply 2 coats of acrylic flat to all ceilings. Apply 2 coats of acrylic low sheen to all walls. Apply 2 coats of kitchen/bathroom paint to the bathroom. Apply 2 coats of oil paint to the woodwork. All paint used will be Dulux paint - this will need to be included in painters price- we are not supplying this.

Please deep clean apartment walls and touch up any chips with paint (paint will be provided). One Bedroom + Study I burned candles so the walls will need some extra love. To be done after 2pm today Tuesday 14th May

Paint bedroom (approx 3.5 x 3.5 )and main living area (approx 7.5 x 5.5 which includes kitchen) plus roof of this area in one bedroom apartment. Colour we would like is Lexicon Quarter low sheen for walls plus ceiling white for roof. Apartment will be empty as we pick up keys on December 21 but would like it completed before Christmas. Walls are already white and should have had an end of lease clean so cleaning should be minimal. There is one feature wall which is a darker colour which may need undercoat.
