Hi, We need completed the renting requirement - Gas, Electrical & Smoke Alarm safety compliance check as per Residential Tenancies Regulation Doc 2020 Regulation 13, Schedule 3 https://engage.vic.gov.au/rentingregulations this needs to be done by a gas serving type a plumber that can complete all reports and must hold a registration or a licence with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) to carry out gasfitting work. It is a 5 year old apartment with no issues so I would suspect the job to be easy, just need the paperwork please. thank you

We have an issue with the water filter in out pump dryer, pretty sure it just needs to be drained and has some Lindt blockage I’ve called Bosch they said it’s super simple but I’d like some help. It keeps stopping and showing the symbol displayed. It’s currently stacked on top of our washing machine.

Disconnect electrical mains line of heater . Gas has been disconnected already.

Oven/stove not working. Oven was working earlier but stopped. Stove is not turning on after this incident.

The group head of my barista express stopped putting out water today. The machine still sucks water in and can also still steam and run the hot water using the steamer knob. Not sure if this means the solinoid has gone bust, or if it just needs a cleanout. Will cover the cost of a new one if need be, in addition to the amount paid for labor.

Neff 2 burners of gas stove will not ignite

Just moved in to apartment, dishwasher turns on, but doesn't seem to be draining.

Need a new piece (you supply) or the existing piece of timber moved up the wall for the installation of a new dryer. Currently the space is too small for the washing machine lid to open. Once the timber has been prepared mounting the dryer (with the included mounting kit) is needed.

Few heater ducks are not working

Hello. Our gas ducted heating has not switched on this year. We had our hot water changed from gas to electricity and I thought maybe it has something to do with that. Perhaps some air in the lines…I am no expert. We figure it needs a service and a check from someone who is authorised to work with gas appliances

My garage roller door isn’t working when I press the button to activate it. When the button is pressed, you can hear the motor turning - sounds like the chain might have come off the guide. I have a controller with two buttons, one for the door and unsure what the other button does. Hoping it’s a simple task. Access to the rolling mechanism is from the garage roof and unsure how to get to the mechanism easily so tools might be required. If a complex job, diagnosis and discussion of cost will be required. Need old cracked induction cooktop removed and new one installed

I moved over the weekend and my washing machine has had a slow leak ever since. I had a friend look at it and he thinks one of the pipes or outlets in the top left back corner of the machine might have a leak. It did stop for a day but it's leaked water again over night and I haven't used it since Tuesday. Looking for someone to check it out for me so I can determine whether its fixable or if I need to replace it. Dryer is directly on top of that washer at the moment and it's in a tight space. I cannot lift the dryer off by myself so that would need to be moved before the back of the machine can be accessed
