Gas heater has stopped working suddenly this morning & needs to be fixed

Sweep flue and chimney for gas fireplace. Gas fireplace was recently cleaned. Its a double storey house.

I am getting my kitchen bench-tops overlayed with engineered stone. My cooktop will need to be reinstalled with the gas hooked up. I will also need the existing laminate cut to for the new one. I am also needing my sink reinstalled, with the laminate also cut to fit.

Need someone who knows how to fix the washing machine and dishwasher. I got the washing machine and dishwasher at our new home. Need the following to be done. 1) Disconnect the existing drain hose from the washing machine and connect a new 2m drain hose connected to the drain. 2) Disconnect the existing drain from the Dishwasher and connect a new 3m drain hose connected to the drain. Please note all the fittings and drain hose shall be supplied by you.
