The first build is the triple garage with loft/office/storage, and we will need assistance with the following tasks: Framing and Trusses: Prefabricated framing and trusses for the garage and loft/office/storage area. Flooring: Installation of particleboard flooring for the garage and loft area. About Me: I have a background in construction and come from a building family. Although I have experience in various trades, building houses was always my preferred trade. But (I blame my brother) I went down the Wall & Floor Tiling trade for 30 years before moving into the GTO business working with apprentices. Plans: I have attached a basic plan (yet to be engineered) for the project, which will serve as a reference for this quoting purpose. Please Note: The attached plan outlines the design and layout of the triple garage with loft/office/storage. I have a campervan, and to lift the bed to get access underneath is too heavy for an old lady. I need a timber sheet installed underneath the mattress with hinges and easy-lifting struts to lift so I can lift the mattress and can get underneath the bed. (Same as a car bonnet lifts, with stays to keep it open and not drop back down on your head, lol).
