I need an SSD card date recovered. This SSD belongs to my newly purchased laptop. My Laptop suddenly stopped working and so I took it to Harvey Norman store where I purchased it and they said they will replace the laptop but I have to back up the hard drive before I give it back for a replacement. I’ve taken the laptop to a computer repair shop and they said they had to order in a special adapter to be able to back it up and even after getting that adaptor they could not back up the date and said the card is corrupted and need a data recovery specialist to do it. I only have a few folders on the hard drive and I have already taken the hard drive out so it can be backed up. Please see attached picture of SSD - Hard drive.

I connected I usb cable in the back and moved pc, later switch on, monitors were flicking, I backed to original settings, now can hear and see that graphic card/ cpu is working but both monitors are black. My internet keeps dropping out or failing to connect. My netgear router is in the loungeroom of a small 2 bedroom apartment, connected to Apple aiport extreme. My computers (mac studio and imac) are close by, in the office, with another airport extreme. I am currently hotspotting from my phone.
