So you’ve recently made the purchase, but you’re not sure how to install a vented tumble dryer. We know not everyone’s good with tools and machinery. At Airtasker, we got you covered. Preparing the installation site
The moment you plan to install a new dryer, it’s important that your installation site is ready. Your Tasker will ensure all the connections and, depending on the type of dryer, the proper exhausts or vents should be ready and safe to use. Should there be any issues with vents, exhausts or electrical systems before your installation, you may need to get a handyman to have these checked.
Preparing your new dryer
Dryer installation technicians could also help you unbox your dryer if needed and check if there are any defects or damages if you’re not familiar. They can also help you check if everything supposed to be in the box is all accounted for. If you have an existing dryer, you could also ask them to disconnect and tear it out for you if they can. Then they’re going to have it ready to complete your condenser or vented tumble dryer installation.
Connecting your appliance
Not sure how to install a tumble dryer yourself? Don’t fret, since a Taske can take care of it for you. They take charge of connecting your appliance to the electrical socket. We have a Haier 9kg Heat Pump Dryer HDHP80AN1. We had someone install it about a year ago and it has never dried properly or takes an eternity, literally 6-7 hours. I thought it was just heat pump systems, however understand it could not be installed properly, not enough power source etc. I want to have it checked by a professional and remedied if possible, otherwise we will change it for a conventional appliance.

No cleanup necessary, I'll do it myself. I have the mounting kit that comes with the new dryer (Fisher & Paykel). If your offer is 3x my budget I'm not going to accept it! It's an easy job, I just don't have the tools.
