Need help unpacking a Ute close flat ground floor

We're looking to move out bed, mattress, and fridge from apartment to apartment. And an outdoor table to a different house. All locations within 10 minutes of one another. The bed is a queen, the fridge is 700mm wide, and about 1700mm tall. The outdoor table is an 8 seater. There are stairs at both locations (for fridge and bed) but ideally all items will fit in the lift. Outdoor table no stairs are needed at end location.
