We are looking for a mystery shopper to assess a hair salon in Dubbo - must be completed by midnight Thursday 30th May. Location: Dubbo Task: This will involve you visiting the store, waiting in queue, speaking to team member, asking a couple of questions and & paying IN CASH for a product. You will need to be comfortable asking the team member a number of brand based questions. Afterwards you will take some pictures of the store and your receipt. You can then enjoy the product yourself. Your feedback will need to be recorded in a detailed online survey. It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the session (approx $120) and be reimbursed afterward. Visit a furniture and bedding store to try a massage chair. You will be referred to the store by the Massage Chair company to try a specific chair before you decide if you will buy it or not. The store will be aware you are coming and have your first name, phone number and email address. After trying the chair, you will provide a brief report to me about your experience and provide feedback on if the store contacted you before or after your visit, what questions they asked you, what price they offered and anything else they said to you.
