I'm moving out of a rental and need help with a small floor repair. A pot plant (about 25cm wide) left a stain on the floorboards, and I need someone to sand it back and oil it up to try and get rid of the mark. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors. Kitchen benchtops are sticky in places and need (I think) cleaning right back with meth spirits, then a light sand, fresh stain and a new coat of varnish. Could suit carpenter apprentice. About 4.5 m in total length, 60cm deep. Total area is less due to stove and sink area. Flexible with dates. By 11 Jan is ideal but later no problem. - Due date: Flexible

Need an experienced painter to clean, prep and paint/stain outdoor features.
