I have 2 curtain rods that need to be hung. It is for the two front windows of a terrace apartment with exposed brick walls. Would like to keep the rattan blinds hanging with the curtains if possible.

Work needed done: 6.5kg vented washing machine mounted to wall (I have brackets and nuts/bolts), mount two sets of curtain rod brackets, mount LG cordless vacuum, drill one hook for a painting. Two people may be needed for washing machine. Weighs 26 kilos and is to be mounted above the laundry machine. Wall for laundry feels very solid, might need a wet drill. SKIRTING - You will source, match, and supply skirting - Approx 10 metres of water-damaged skirting to be replaced (2 types) - Dispose of old skirting CURTAIN ROD - Reattach an Ikea curtain rod+holder that has fallen from the ceiling - Will need to be able to drill into concrete TOILETS - Fix 1 toilet seat (non-ensuite) - Supply and replace 1 push button on cistern (ensuite) BATHROOM - Supply and replace shower seal strip (ensuite) TRANSPORT - Move some remaining items (including a double mattress) to a nearby location (2km away) - It should all fit in 1 ute tray load Skirting, cistern button, and shower seal strip costs will be paid by me - please provide receipts.
