Looking for a subby to help my team complete two hard wood decks

One of the crossbeams under my deck has rotted away, so a couple of the top slats are bouncy when you walk on them. It is sitting directly on a concrete slab, so there's no safety issue or anything. I reckon to fix it, it'll require pulling up the slats, replacing the crossbeam underneath, doing some fiddling to get the height right, and then nailing the slats back down. I would prefer if you can supply the materials, but if you need, I could get a new wooden beam. In the photo you can see where the top slats are dipping down because the crossbeam isn't holding them up from underneath.

We have a small Blackbutt timber courtyard deck that needs to be replaced, it’s 3.5m x 3.5m (13sqm) and nailed to a treated pine frame. When first installed we had the area ground levelled compacted, plastic sheets were placed over the ground and a treated pine frame was built before the Bluckbutt timber was nailed on top. The first job was very well finished by a friend. In the last photo you can see there is a small section where a hatch can be lifted to access a sump drain below. We are interested in separate quotes, one for the work and the other for materials.

Oil deck Preparation of the Deck: check for damages, loose boards, or protruding nails that need fixing before the oiling begins. The area is then thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, grime, and old flaking wood finishes. Apply oil using brushes or rollers, ensuring even coverage across the entire deck. One coat will be necessary. Drill two holes as directed for pictures
