1. Remove water damaged gyprock from garage ceiling over an area of 1500mm by 1800mm to 2000mm by 2000mm. Prior to removal of damaged gyprock all cables in the ceiling space above are to be located and protected 2. Dispose of damaged gyprock off site. 3. Supply and fix new gyprock including taping and setting joins. Corner to be square set. 5. Sand back joins ready for painting 6. Clean up Please note original leak in roof has been repaired and sarking patched up.

We have a pool in the inner west of Sydney which needs maintenance around the edges. We are looking for someone to source and install a number replacement waterline tiles (around 15-20% of the tiles), and re-cement between 5-10 bricks around the pool. We have the bricks but not the replacement tiles. on which we'd like to replace the tiles, which run from the surface to about one foot underwater. Noting you do leak repairs, I'm wondering if you also do tile replacement; and, if so, if you'd be interested to quote.

I have self diagnose and find that the inlet valve damage. I buy a new one to replace but the area is too close to wall and too narrow. I cannot change it myself.

1. Gyprock part of 2 walls (marked in red in photos attached) and sanding to prepare for painting 2. Sand ceiling and cornice where wall has been removed. The gutter has come off the timber and needs to be reattached. The timber is a bit worn but moreso just where the screws have come out. Price negotiable.

I need an electrician to remove a ceiling fan and reinstall and identical fan in its place.

The screw threading in the door has failed, they no longer hold into the door. Wood putty or another solution will be needed to be able to secure the handle to the door.

I have a blue board panel approximately 2.2 -2.4 high and 3.7 long - about 8ish square meters- that I would like tiled.
