Find an experienced handyman in Outer West Sydney

Hey there I run an art studio and social enterprise in hazelbrook and we're looking for someone to help finish setting up our analogue photography darkroom. I was doing it myself but ive been called out of town on a huge job. It would probably be one hour chatting to one of our artists about what needs to be done, an hour sourcing equipment and materials, but I'm not sure how many hours need to complete the set up. from memory its things like hanging wire for photos to hang on, installing a rack in/above the sink, hanging two red light boxes, installing a shelf for equipment, hanging a barn door and curtain in entrance, and i know i am forgetting some things. please let me know your hourly rate.

Patch up 4 x holes in Gyprock and make ready for painting (Painting not required). 3 on the ceiling and 1 on a wall.

Need metal flyscreen removed from the 4 windows in my office space. See attached puc for reference.

need handy person to hang up about 4-6m of curtain fairy lights on a pub outdoor verandah 1 hour prior to a dinner celebration. Will need to use small ladder. The lights will only be temporary not permanently fixed will use adhesive hooks to hang lights from.

Need to fix a gyprock ceiling which is damaged and broken because of water leak. Need to replace around 2m ×2m gyprock replaced sanded and made ready to paint.

Pur ikea cupboard fell from our wall and we need someone to help secure it back on there please

Hello! We have a heavy mirror 🪞 and a coat rack that we are hoping to get wall mounted in our apartment. The mirror is 800mm x 900mm and weighs 10kg The coat rack is 600mm x 140mm and weighs 5kg We have a preferred spot we would like these mounted if possible, but are open to other options if the wall is not appropriate for the weight. Ideally the mirror would sit about the coat rack on the same wall in our entry way. Photos attached - the mirror has 2 hooks on the back already, though happy for these to be changed if they're not appropriate, the coat rack doesn't have any hooks so would need these added as well.
