We had to remove a sink cabinet to fix a leaky pipe. The sink remains (as it has a lip behind the wall tiling) so a new wooden cabinet needs to be built below it to the floor (painted white). A pipe also needs to be installed. Due to this leak, some skirting boards were damaged. These need to be replaced, as well as potentially some plaster boards that got wet. Lastly, the skirting boards (as well as existing skirting boards) need to be caulked. We would love to chat about quotes (that include materials) so please don't hesitate to message. Whilst changing a window into a doorway we hit a snag. There is a gas pipe along the bottom stud which will need to be moved up and around the door. Slightly unsure of the cost so all offers will be considered.
