I have a full covering mirror on the back of my ensuite door. The lock actually goes through the mirror as well as the door. A crack has happened around the lock and while at this stage it is not very big I would like it fixed - if possible - before it runs further.

Remove 6 x doors from door frames. I have tried to remove the screws myself but they are very old and snapped tip of screw driver. 8 screws per door. Need completed asap, ideally today. Tipping not required I have a collection scheduled.

Have a water spot that has appeared on the ceiling. After a roofer who is able to jump into the ceiling and find the source of it and fix it. Painter reckons it's a roof tile that has slipped or something - i'm not sure. The 3rd photo is along a window frame where in heavy rain it drips through - I believe it is also roof related so if this can be fixed that would be great! My working hours move around a fair bit so I'm pretty flexible NB: Must have experience / know what they're doing - I'm not after someone who can "give it a go"

Adjust fire door latch & sweep to be lighter to open. Our apartment front door is a fire door with a tight heavy open and too fast shut pull. After surgery I’m unable to open the front door because it’s too heavy. Just need the latch system adjusted to make it lighter to open and slower to close. You just have experience doing this and own tools.

Need door hinge fixed to the door

I had a double oven fitted that is slightly shorter than the previous oven. I bought a metal blank from Bunnings that needs to be cut to size and stick in place with glue to fill gap

I have six Ikea wall storage units to hang. I assume the wall behind the plaster is brick. they are not large or heavy. I have brought the screws etc. You will need to provide drill

We are moving house and need our wardrobes installed in new house. 1st Bedroom has 3 units (1 horizontal rail and 4 vertical rails) 2nd Bedroom has 2 units (1 horizontal rail and 3 vertical rails) 3rd bedroom has 1 unit (1 horizontal rail and 2 vertical rails) Just need the top horizontal rail attached to wall and then the vertical rails attached. The shelving we can do ourselves. Photos attached are the current set up.

We removed a floating shelf and an old electric heater that didn’t work off the wall of our bathroom and it brought some of the plaster off the wall and it needs patching up before I paint over it.i don’t think it’s a very big or time consuming job. I will do the painting after myself.

Hanging sheer ikea curtains over 3 sets of glass French doors . Please have experience. Just need the ikea rods put up really well eg. Straight, tidy etc. Please have your own drill and equipment , step ladder etc .
