New lawn to be laid in small front garden and on verge (approx 45sqm in total). Area to be cleared and prepared before new lawn is laid down. Need thick and robust grass to be laid and as low maintenance as possible. New lawn to be laid down in the green hatched area on the attached plan.

About 100m2 area which was started and never finished. Pergola is half done and retaining wall is not conplete. We also need som ideas for pathway. At the moment we have carpet down to avoid the dust and mud. We are looking for someone experienced to come and share ideas and complete the job. Pick up a trailer load of mulch & spread through our garden beds. The trailer hire is free through ‘soils ain’t soils’ Balcatta. We can pay for cost of mulch separately. It just needs to be picked up from Balcatta & then driven to our house in Scarborough and spread through our garden beds. Not sure if we’ll need 1 or 2 trailer loads. Mulch only needs to be spread thin as we don’t have a lot of depth to our garden beds 😉 Preferred day is Wednesday if possible? Move x2 retic heads (circled in red) forward in flower bed and reduce height of the vertical pipe slightly. I've got dead spots on my lawn coverage so Spur off the pipe (circled in red) and install x2 new retic heads (one area circles in blue) so I have 4 heads along the edge of the garden. - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 December 2023
