The interior wall repair is to cover an L shaped hole with the following dimensions (approximate): Wall 1: Width: 12.5 cm, Height:23.5 cm Window Wall: Width: 10.5 cm, Height: 13.5 cm, Depth: 4 cm The repair of the external wall is to cover the borders of two inspection windows (refer to photos attached). They both have these approximate dimensions: Width: 25 cm, Height: 25 cm, One inspection window is almost at floor level. The second window is at about 2.5 mts height. (I have a ladder that has enough height for this repair). The finished work must be of high quality.

Measure, buy and Install new wardrobe doors and other things that are needed to go with it. I want to get idea and your quote for replacing the doors, so I can get these built-in wardrobes look new and shiny.

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

Our outside staircase needs to be replaced. I bought a new one in kit form from Bunnings, as shown in the last photo, which I have since painted, ready to be assembled and installed. I need a handyman on an ad hoc basis. You need to be competent preferably with training as a carpenter or similar. Jobs need some skill, not just moving stuff although could be part of it. I would like someone who I can call on to do a bunch of jobs each time so it’s worth your while. Jobs could include some gardening, put a handle on a door, some painting, repair kitchen doors, move heavy pots etc. This is just examples of jobs. Happy to pay hourly basis. I don’t want a fixed quote because jobs vary.

Replacement of lower door panel for an external door and installation of new cat flap (supplied by owner) 1. The existing lower panel of an external panel door needs to be replaced. 2. Install new PetSafe Microchip 100 series cat flap (supplied by owner) Remove the existing panel by removing the beads/molding (the panel should not be glued in place, to allow for expansion). Replace with new panel, which should include the cut out for the cat flap. A cutting template is provided with the catflap. Use the thickest hardwood marine-grade (WBP) plywood, AA-grade face and back, that will fit (>8mm for security). Cat flap should be 15-20mm above the internal floor level and aligned centrally in the door. Re-install/replace beads with matching profiles, with flush, square-edge finish Apply a final bead of glazing compound or caulk around the edges of the moulding to seal the panel. No painting required
