I have a front porch that firstly either needs roof patch/repair in one panel and or replacement. If patch repaired (preferred) I want the two coronation posts also boxed in with timber as plan to cover pebble crete with timber flooring too but need roof done first. That is first quote. The 2nd quote is complete replacement of both roof and posts, meaning I would have timber posts at ends of porch to all a clear view, if the loading allowed or again, could box in existing posts but brand new roof.

I want to remove the current wooden beams and handrail from my stairway (highlighted in black circles on photo) and install a new handrail and rods, basically turning my current stairway (see photo) to the example photo. I want to use blackbutt for the first post, bottom rail and hand rail, with black steel balustrade rods. The measurements are: - the bottom rail timber would need to be about 4000mm to run the full length of the staircase (from bottom step to top step) and 90mm wide - the hand rail would be the same length (around 4000mm) but only needs to be about 45mm wide to ensure enough walkway space - there are 13 steps in total, but it’s only the first 10 steps that would need black balustrade rods (don’t need rods once you get to the wall) - steps are 650mm wide, though I don’t think that measurement is needed Let me know if any questions.

Looking for someone to build me a floor for my canopy needs to be roughly 380mm high and approx 1830 by 1900 I want it to have under floor storage in the section marked x on the plan in the photos, and to also have a recessed section for the fridge to sit in the part of the bed does not need any storage.

Need a carpenter or someone handy to build me under floor storage with removable top access, for my canopy I want the floor to sit higher so it has enough room to store things under it but still enough room to have a bed on top I want to be able to access the storage via removing the tiles or something similar. Canopy is roughly 1830: L 1900: W

Built-in timber custom-built cupboards need to be removed prior to installation of a new laundry. Cupboards are very sturdy and very strongly attached to brick walls within the room. I have tried to remove but do not have the tools to remove. I expect cutting tools as well as leverage tools (crowbars etc) will be needed. Carpets within the small room (3.1 mtr x 1.5 mtr). I need to cut part of my kitchen bench that is hanging of the end. It is only wood so should be easy to cut and sand the edges.

Our laminate stair noses have come off and need to be glued and nailed in with an invisible nail.

We have a section of kitchen cabinet that needs to be widened slightly to accommodate a free standing dishwasher and 60cm oven. No doors need to be replaced, but a new shelf / support / side of the cabinet may need to be cut and installed. Would require an inspection for a quote. Photos attached. Note the old oven has already been removed. We would like to not have to modify the cabinetry above the appliances, and simply cut the cabinet - install new supports and vertical side on the fridge cavity side - with the supporting shelves and that vertical piece bolted to the existing cabinetry / bench top.
