I just bought a new washing machine and after installation was told I needed new taps. Bought the taps, now need them installed by someone that knows what they’re doing. The tap in the sink next to the washing machine also drips. Would be great to have that looked at.

Looking for a well-rated licensed plumber with good inspections background to have a good look at our upstairs toilet and its associated plumbing. We’ve always had a bad feeling about this toilet — it smelled when we first moved in (not anymore), we hear a leaking sound sometimes, it’s directly above a curious ceiling stain on the level below — we’d love for someone to just come have a GOOD look at it (ie examine the cistern, drop a camera down the drain, etc.) so that we can be sure we know what is up with it. It’s up on the third floor of a converted warehouse, so might be trickier than some. Just looking for cost to investigate at this stage. We’ll talk about resolution when we know for sure what, if anything, is up with it. Putting $100 coz I literally have no idea. Quote appropriately. We’re serious and looking for it to happen ASAP. :)

Build frame for 4 steps - each will be about 250mm high. Cover with chipboard, ready for flooring company to install hybrid floor boards on top. The stairs you build will be similar in size and dimension to photo 1. In photo 2 you can see the existing conditions - the old steel/timber stairs will be removed. We had our routine pest control and they have recommended a number of locations we need to seal/enclose. Namely openings around fireplaces, holes around bricks (inside and outside) and putting steel mesh to outside grates. Open to the best way to enclose, some will just be as simple as caulking. Will cover materials and can buy these from Bunnings myself if advised what is needed or leave with you and reimburse you + 10%.

We have two olive trees in the backyard, to be cut down and the stumps grinded. We would prefer a contractor with a mulcher so that the waste can be mulched and left on site to be spread around the garden. It is probably 1-1.5 trailer loads of green waste in total, as a guesstimate. It would probably take two workers a approximately 0.5-1 day to get it done. - remove 12 pear trees - remove 4 ficus trees - remove 15 small magnolia trees - pull out about 15 lineal mts of small box hedge plants (each approx 50 cms high) - grind / remove stumps of removed trees- - Remove all removed material from site. We also have an old water feature I want to get rid of - If you'd be up for taking this away too make me an offer for it :) Its a square shape - approx 1.5 m d x 1.5 m w x 60 cm d - its in the picute of the ficus hedge, a bit difficult to see clearly.

The screw is very short so you might have to pack out the hole or use a longer screw to get it to hold. Ideally a handy man can figure it out, I tried but the screw won't hold 3. Tighten 2 loose bathroom taps. Fairly new house so just became loose

I have a tap that keeps on leaking and both really stick and can’t turn on and off well. It’s very hard to turn the left one off. I think the washers need changing.
