The taps in the apartment have very weak water pressure. I checked with building mgmt and they said it’s because the taps are old and plumber needs to fix. Please quote price for all fees including anything that needs to be purchased. I need the kitchen sink tap and the bathroom tap pressure to be stronger. I need someone to remove a door, plane the bottom of the door to stop it scraping on the floor and then re-hang the door. They may also need to glue the timber veneer back in place as it has come away from the face of the door a little.

We need a removal of a wasps nest. Normally I would do it myself but this one is too high on the side of the house. You will need a pretty long ladder.
