Looking for a quote on a deck restoration on my back (ground floor) deck in Wilston. Area that is undercover and not weather exposed still looks pretty good but the exposed area needs a bit of work.

I approximately 40m2 of deck that need cleaning, light sanding and deck staining. There are 3 decks with the smallest only being 1x4m on the top level. They were stained 4 years ago using Wattyl Weatherguard (Merbai tint) so doesn't need to be overlay sanded as the stain paints over nicely. Must have your own sanding equipment and I will supply the paint / brushes etc.

- Convert existing balustrade into insulated wall (external weatherboard, internal VJ easycraft. Remove lattice and install windows. Remove lattice on existing doors and install French style glass to existing doors. Lower height of walls on both sides of entrance doors and install windows in the above openings. Adjust the existing staircase so to create a standing platform at the top of the staircase on the external side of the entrance doors.

40m2 timber deck sanded and oiled Oil provided

Labourer/s required. Removal of small deck. Rubbish vouchers can be supplied. Post holes dug for new retaining required. New posts holes (x4, approximately 50cm deep). The soil in the yard to date has been a combination of shale, sand and clay type soil.

I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to oil two outdoor decks (entranceway and balcony) and an outdoor dining table (170cm diameter) at my home. Combined, the decks measure approximately 12sqm. This task includes: - Cleaning the surfaces thoroughly to remove all dirt and debris - Applying timber oil, evenly across all surfaces I will supply: - Feast Watson Matt Look Decking Oil (over 4 litres) - Feast Watson Wood Clean (0.5 litres) You will need your equipment for cleaning and brushes and tools for applying the oil. In addition, please supply an appropriate oil for the outdoor dining table. You should have previous experience with similar tasks and positive reviews.

We need a quote to either renovate and protect our current decking or replace with something with minimal maintenance. We are on the 11th floor of an apartment building.
