Off cuts or good quality second hand should be fine. We are looking for a darker grey colour with a speckle pattern through it so it doesn't show foot prints, fluff etc with underlay. Pic attached. I need someone to sand and polish a floating wooden floor in my apartment in Hillsdale. The floor area is around 65sqm. The work will need to happen on 27-28th June.

In the middle of a kitchen renovation. Kitchen has been removed. Timber floors have been sanded. We are increasing the refrigerator space larger that will now take space where existing cabinetry once was. This means the timber flooring requires to be extended out approximately 200 x 600mm. We are able to take flooring from another part of the kitchen with out affecting the new kitchen install. Require original flooring to be cut and matched / installed to extend refrigerator foot print. I’ve included 2 photos that show where the flooring can be taken from (on the corner) and the second photo shows where we need to increase the flooring space. I hope that makes sense. The timber flooring once relocated will require to be supported off a concrete floor, in line with the existing installation.

There is a section of my carpet that has got burned. I either need someone to replace this section of the carpet with an exact match, however I don’t know the exact product- maybe this is something you can find? If not, the full carpet may need replaced to a similar carpet. Trying to do this without the landlord finding out so they don’t sting me with huge fees. Thanks!

I am seeking quotes from an experienced carpenter to stop floorboards creaking in the second bedroom of my apartment. We have floating bamboo floorboards on top of old, structural floorboards - and one particular patch emits a loud creak, no matter whether a rug is placed on top of it or not. Video of the creaking can be provided. The room is on our second level. We would please like an explanation of what work would be performed.

I need old ripped up carpet, underlay and carpet boards with nails in them removed. They have been ripped up off the floor and are sitting in a pile.
