Find an experienced handyman in North West Melbourne

So i have a storm order that needs servicing but unfortunately the guys that done our paving sealed the lid shut. The entrance to the hole is square and is approximately 70cm×70cm and probably 10cm in depth ( these are estimates) I just need a someone to cut the lid open so the guys can go in to service it. Garage door hinges are rusted and need to be replaced.

We have two sliding doors that need repairs as we are unable to take the doors of the frames to fix it ourselves. There seems to be not enough space in the frames to lift the glass doors. Both sliding doors are ready hard to open, rollers are most likely damaged. We need help from someone who's has experience repairing domestic glass sliding doors.

There's a thin metal pipe around the side of my house that has a tiny hole in it that is spouting water. I tried to tape it with electrical tape but it doesn't help. Needs to be patched somehow and soon. I had a trade lined up to do it but he didn't show.

Need a labourer to complete a pallet racking installation alongside myself. A general knowledge of power tools is handy also if you have a forklift license this is a bonus but not needed. A person with experience driving a scissor lift is also an advantage. There is some heavy lifting involved to install beams, and drilling the frames into the ground. Location Campbellfeild from 7am-3pm.

A handy person required to remove old silicone / caulk and re-caulk kitchen bench as per photos.
