Entrance Hallway damaged ceiling due to water leak which has since been rectified. Needing ceiling, cornice fixed. There is another section in the building also damaged however this area can be looked at while onsite - our main requirement is the entrance hall at this stage.

We have a space in an inside wall measuring 188 x 38 cm which we need filled in with some sound insulation between.

I have some plaster that has been put onto walls and my roof and I need someone to come and set it all before I paint. Not too many boards - happy to share photos

garage ceiling has bowed due to a roof leak. The most significant drop is 175mm below truss height, the ceiling sheet is sitting directly on top of the garage door. I have removed a stud wall that measure approximately 3 x 2m. The gap is being prepared with replacement gyprock 5-9 Feb. After this I need a plasterer to skim and finish the repair. I have added two photographs - the gap between the two rooms (behind table)will have the timber framing removed and gyprock added.
