The toilet is leaking, the flushing cistern (or its contents) needs replacing. We don't have replacement, need to purchase it from the plumber

The pipe inside the wall has broken while fixing the showers. Have to fix the leakage with new pipes. Need it very urgent

1) replace current tap with shower 2) add shower curtain rail 3) help install washing machine, minor leaks from the tap/ hose

change the washer rubber inside of the shower tabs

The toilet was blocked. Fills with clear water when flushed. Have plunged but no luck. This morning water not draining from shower. Must be a blockage. Can you come early this morning?

Main bathroom toilet smell Main bathroom sink taps (hot is super hard to turn and cold leaks if not turned off really tight) Ensuite shower hot water knob turns several times before water turns on. Toilet has a trickle inside back of bowl Water heater is playing up.

Shower's leaking pretty bad. teen son has been over-tightening the taps and made it worse.

"Check water" error happens after a few minutes running, if stop touching it for a few days then it will take a bit longer to reproduce the issue. The previous task taker came & checked but didn't reproduce the issue on the spot about two weeks ago. In/out water issues are excluded by him. So it should be some malfunction parts in the dishwasher causing the issue. To complete this task, you need to open the machine, find the root cause and fix it, no matter if the error can be reproduced on the spot or not.

Noticed small drops of water inside bottom of cabinet below bathroom sink. Identified dampness coming from area circled in attached picture. Not other obvious signs of leakage. Need help diagnosing issue/sealing leak.

Toilet seat has come off Needs to be fixed

Another guy cleared a blockage and most of roots last week but the drain became blocked again and the guy hasn't responded to offer to revisit. Water leaking out at one access point. Next one upstream shows only a little water. Drains were treated with Sanifoam a couple of years ago so roots were thin and not that well grown. Drain is long, like 50m, with access points. So it's not the full system that needs clearing but probably needs checking for missed bits of roots.

Need a plumber/handyman to fix toilet. Leak is basically I pipe between tank and toiler. See attached photos.

Our washing machine releases water every time we wash and our kitchen tap/dishwasher isn’t working (assuming due to water pipes)
