Need shower area tiles and corniches regrouted. No water leak or any other issues, just looks old and needs an uplift. Also, need bathtub cleaned.

The toilet drain is blocked and the water drains very slowly. You need to be equipped with the proper tools for pipe blockage. It's in a house with a driveway to easy park your vehicle.

Im renovating the two bathroom and required : 1. Move two drainage into the wall for wall hanging vanity. 2. Add additional drain in the wall and connect to the existing water for new sink 3. New hot and cold water connection for new sink 4. Remove the existing 2 x old shower mixer and replace with the new 5. Terminate 4 water copper pipe as it is not required 6. Replace 2X toilet water taps with new and add water tap outlet for hand shower next to the toilet water taps.

Blocked ensuite toilet upstairs (2 storey) have tried pumping it several times but still flushes very very slow. Not sure cause of blockage.
