I am seeking an experienced tiler to undertake the following tasks in my ground-floor unit: 1) Remove Existing Timber Flooring: Remove the currently installed timber flooring in the living room and 2 bedrooms. 2) Install New Tiles: Install tiles (provided by me) in the living room and 2 bedrooms. The tiles are 4ft by 2ft in size. Area: 70 sq.m approx. Requirements: 1) All necessary materials (except the tiles) and tools to be provided by the tiler. 2) Tiler will take away the removed timber and handle all debris removal, ensuring the area is clean and ready for us to move in after the work is completed. 3) Ensure precise and professional installation of tiles without damaging paint or other parts of the property. 4) Attention to details and install tiles in a particular direction as advised during first visit. 4) Experience with large tiles and references for similar work would be appreciated. 20yo bathroom need to double tile over the old tired floor tiles only as walls painted. en-suite room 3.5m2 (1400x2500 ). New Tiles are same size as old tiles 20x20cm. I will remove toilet on day to tile about that area better for new toilets to go in after. The old plastic hexagonal drains to be replaced with square metal drains to make it easier for you. 100 x 100 tile insert drain. Pics show room.
