Find a professional gate installation in Perth

As per picture New aluminium gate with wood-look slats was fixed to old aluminium posts but one of the posts has no footing (just screwed to decking joists) Need post replaced, including a small concrete footing

Need someone to attend at our venue for repair works for the back veranda and reinforce, repair and repaint the back fire escape and reinforce and repair the back decking (ground floor) and adjust and repair the rear gate (ie so it lines up properly and so the bolt is easier to open and close). Location is Canton Hall, 532 Hay St.

Need a custom shed built on aggregate driveway. Can be pre-made and fitted if appropriate.

We need to fix the garage gate to be self-closing, with one side of the gate permanently fixed shut. And modify the windows to be restricted to open no more than 100mm

Top of front gate rubs against support. Seems to have sagged over the years. The middle part and lower part of gate don’t rub on support. I have no idea how to fix this, so that’s why I’m here to get your help. Please note - can’t just bend support the other way as doing so will affect the closing/opening of the doors next to it. Propose to me a solution please that you can do.
